Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
R Veterinary is committed to making our websites usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.
What We Do
- Design with color-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA, verified by automated checks that run on every code change
- Use semantic page structure (headings in order, labeled landmarks, and a skip-to-content link) so screen readers and keyboard users can navigate efficiently
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Keep every feature reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Respect your operating system's reduced-motion preference
- Review new pages and features for accessibility before they launch
Known Limitations
Some content — such as photographs uploaded by our teams or third-party embedded services (for example, maps and spam-protection widgets) — may not yet meet every guideline. We are working through these areas and welcome reports of anything we've missed.
Feedback & Assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of our websites, or if you'd like information from a page in another format, please tell us — we'll fix the issue where we can and get you what you need in the meantime:
