Veterinarians

Dr. Mark Hale, DVM

Founding Veterinarian

Dr. Hale grew up on a farm in Northern Arkansas, where his first dog — a dachshund named Penny — went everywhere with him. After graduating from the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine he practiced mixed-animal medicine for nine years before opening All Creatures Animal Clinic in 1999. He strives to provide excellent patient care and client education so pets can achieve health, happiness, and longevity.

Jamie

Veterinary Assistant

In veterinary medicine since 2003 with general-practice and emergency experience, Jamie assists Dr. Hale in surgery and the exam rooms and cares for hospitalized patients. She's a pro at handling scared felines and enjoys recreational horseback riding on the family's land outside Bolivar.

Angela

Veterinary Assistant

A self-described Army brat who worked nearly six years at the busy Animal Medical Center near Ft. Hood, Angela joined All Creatures in 2011. She assists in surgery and the exam rooms, cares for hospitalized patients, and is a wonderful resource on pet healthcare topics.

Heather

Veterinary Assistant

Bolivar born and raised, Heather studied animal science at OTC in Springfield. She fosters pets for the Polk County Humane Society and spends her free time traveling, painting, and being outdoors with her two dogs.

Lindsay

Veterinary Assistant

Lindsay holds a BS in Zoology from Oklahoma State and was a keeper at the OKC Zoo before joining our team in 2022. She has experience with exotics and wildlife rehab, and enjoys time with her family and pets.

Client Care & Support

Patricia

Receptionist

Patricia joined our team in 2014 as a receptionist to help keep the front desk running smoothly and ensure our patients receive prompt, compassionate attention. When not working the front desk, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and grand dogs.

Makayla

Client Care

I work as a receptionist and veterinary technician at a small animal clinic, where I help care for both cats and dogs. I enjoy getting to know our clients and their pets while helping make each visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Tanya

Client Care

Tanya grew up in Walnut Grove and returned to Missouri after 20 years as a Marine Corps family. She enjoys time with her family and pets, photography, and scrapbooking.

Cheyenne

Client Care

Cheyenne joined the team in 2024. She fosters kittens for the Polk County Humane Society, likes working on her truck, and dreams of opening a small cat sanctuary.

Ruth

Kennel Assistant

As have many who work in the veterinary field, I’ve gown up with many animals and always wanted to learn how I might better help them and any others I could. While not every aspect of the job is glamorous, I love getting the opportunity to learn and help pets and their people in any way I can.
